In the high-performance worlds of Mercedes AMG Petronas and Man Utd, where there are so many highs, lows and everything in-between, we helped TeamViewer speak to the emotional truth of progress and transformation to land their product benefit and brand promise.

THE CHALLENGE

TeamViewer is a remote connectivity provider operating in the B2B space, helping drive greater efficiency for small and medium sized businesses as well as large enterprises. A sponsor of MUFC and MAMG, TeamViewer is contributing to the performance of both these properties but lacked a cohesive strategy and creative narrative to communicate the impact it’s making on these organisations. We were tasked with developing a strategy to help TeamViewer communicate its sponsorship in a way that will drive greater awareness and consideration of TeamViewer with business audiences.

The INSIGHT

Backed up by research from the B2B LinkedIn Institute and Ehrenberg Bass, we were intentional about avoiding category tropes that treat this audience like rational machines. Instead, we spoke to the deeply human truth of what they all had in common: chasing that feeling of satisfaction that comes from doing their job better, a mindset that also sits at the very foundation of TeamViewer brand (Creating a World that Works Better).

the fearless solution

Our strategy was to dramatise and own this feeling of satisfaction by showing how TeamViewer enables MUFC and MAMG to constantly improve. And in doing so, we launched an invitation to the business world to join this movement. Find Your Better became our campaign platform, brought to life through a video-led campaign where Lewis Hamilton,Toto Wolff, Eric ten Haag and many others evoke the feeling of satisfaction they get from being able to do their jobs better with TeamViewer.
